Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
A refund or replacement will be granted only if:
The coupon did not work for eligible products that meet all the terms and conditions listed in the coupon fine print
The wrong coupon was provided
The coupon was defective, inaccessible, or could not be received electronically
The coupon is unused and the customer wishes to return it
Non-Eligible Refunds
A refund or replacement will not be issued if:
The coupon was successfully used
The coupon was applied to excluded or non-eligible items
The customer did not follow the coupon usage instructions
The buyer or the third-party store canceled their order for reasons unrelated to coupon validity
Multiple refund requests are being submitted for previously used coupons
Return Method & Processing
Returns and refund requests are handled by email only.
There is no cost for submitting a return request or receiving a replacement.
Approved refunds are processed within up to 10 business days and issued back to the original payment method.
